WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF EDUCATION BEYOND TOMORROW
Pursuit of knowledge is futile if it does not arouse curiosity in a child. The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover; to create men and women who are capable of doing new things, solving their problems, thinking independently of what they see and hear; and above all, becoming productive citizens of the world. In short, the goal of education is to prepare true human beings. As Albert Einstein says, every child should be able to raise new questions, look for new possibilities, and regard the old theories from a new angle. For this, he/she requires creative imagination, since โthe true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.โ
Experience is the only source through which a child can gain knowledge that develops wisdom leading to his/her intellectual and spiritual growth. Education without values and practical application to life is like a lamp that canโt eliminate the darkness under it. Intelligence is powered by character is the goal of true education. Therefore, letโs learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow and never stop wondering what, how and why.
I wish the Silvermount fraternity all the very best.
